We use the information collected from our text messaging service solely to:

• Send you the informational, transactional, or promotional messages that you have explicitly opted-in to receive from Mindful Services.

• Maintain records and comply with federal and carrier regulations regarding text messaging (e.g., TCPA, 10DLC).

We do not sell, rent, or trade the personal information collected, including your mobile phone number, to any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Non-Sharing Clause:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories of sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Exceptions: We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist Mindful Services in operating our Text Messaging Service (e.g., an SMS platform provider) or for legally required reasons. These service providers are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.

Text Message Opt-Out: You can revoke your consent to receive text messages from Mindful Services at any time.

1. To stop receiving messages, simply reply with the word “STOP” to any message you receive.

2. For assistance or information, simply reply with the word “HELP” to any message you receive.
